"Q" articles are Microsoft Support Online Knowledge Base articles. This should be the first place you look for answers after the documentation. http://support.microsoft.com/support/search/a.asp?PSL=1&SPR=chs&SD=SO&FR=0&. These will also be referred to as "KB Articles" or you may be instructed to "search the KB". "Q" articles are also available by emailing mshelp@microsoft.com with "Qxxxxxxx" in the subject line (where Qxxxxxx is the number such as Q123456).
