Open File Agent = BAD. You will not be able to restore a working system, and it may corrupt your running system.

Restrict sending from the IMS Restrictions tab, restrict receipt by deleting the mailbox SMTP address.

No. Call PSS (1-800-936-4900). They need to track who has hot fixes and make sure your diagnosis of "need" is correct. Hot fixes for bugs are FREE. Even if they want your CC# to start the call, it is a no charge support incident.

You do have a backup, right? An online backup, right? You've tested it, right? Now read the Disaster Recovery White Paper - Parts 1 and 2 from the Microsoft Exchange web site. If you have ANY doubt about the steps described therein (yes, ANY doubt) call PSS or hire a consultant. It WILL be cheaper in the long run.
